1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Swipe Slip
(com.cosmicmeta.games.swipeslip), a mobile game developed by
Cosmic Meta ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these
Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.
These Terms apply to all users of the Game, including users who access the Game on Android or iOS devices. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
2. Description of Service
Swipe Slip is a fast-paced tunnel navigation mobile game. Key features include:
- 500 levels across 8 difficulty tiers (Easy through Divine)
- Three obstacle mechanics: Moving Walls, Rotating Rings, and Speed Zones
- Four power-ups: Slow Motion, Double Score, Shield, and Auto-Navigate
- Daily Challenge with a global leaderboard
- A Cosmetic Shop where players can unlock items using in-game coins
- Optional Google Sign-In for cloud progress sync and leaderboard participation
- Daily login streaks and shareable achievement cards
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire Game at any time, with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
You may play Swipe Slip as a guest without creating an account. If you choose to sign in with Google, you must have a valid Google account and comply with Google's Terms of Service.
When signed in, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Google account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Conduct
By using the Game, you agree that you will not:
- Cheat, use hacks, bots, scripts, or unauthorized third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game
- Use the Game for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Harass, abuse, or harm other players
- Submit false or misleading information to leaderboards
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, systems, or other users' accounts
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the Game.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in Swipe Slip — including but not limited to game art, level designs, music, sound effects, code, graphics, animations, UI designs, and the "Swipe Slip" name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Cosmic Meta and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No other rights are granted.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Game content without our express written permission.
6. In-App Items and Virtual Currency
Swipe Slip includes a Cosmetic Shop where players can unlock items using in-game coins earned through gameplay.
Please note:
- In-game coins and cosmetic items have no real-world monetary value
- In-game items are virtual and cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred between accounts
- We reserve the right to modify, remove, or rebalance virtual items at any time
- If real-money purchases are introduced in a future update, additional terms will apply and this section will be updated accordingly
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosmic Meta disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- That the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
- That defects will be corrected
- That the Game or the server that makes it available is free of harmful components
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Cosmic Meta, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Game, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Use
- Cheating, hacking, or fraudulent behavior
- Engaging in conduct harmful to other players or to Cosmic Meta
Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Game.
